Kitchen Cleaning

Worktops and Surfaces: Thorough cleaning and sanitising of all countertops, islands, and other work surfaces. This includes removing grease, spills, and marks.
Sink and Taps: Cleaning and polishing of the sink, taps, and any surrounding areas. Removal of limescale and soap scum.
Oven Cleaning (Interior & Exterior): Deep cleaning of the oven interior (including racks and trays), the oven door (inside and out), and the hob. Removal of grease and burnt-on food.
Extractor Hood: Cleaning of the exterior of the extractor hood and cleaning or replacement of accessible filters (note: replacement might be an additional charge if filters are not provided).
Microwave (Interior & Exterior): Cleaning and sanitising the inside and outside of the microwave.
Dishwasher (Exterior): Cleaning the exterior of the dishwasher. (Interior cleaning might be an add-on).
Fridge/Freezer (Interior & Exterior): Thorough cleaning and defrosting (if required and requested) of the interior and exterior of the fridge and freezer. Note: This usually requires the appliance to be emptied by the client.
Cupboards and Drawers (Interior & Exterior): Wiping down all cupboard and drawer fronts. Cleaning the interior of empty cupboards and drawers. Removal of any debris or spills.
Floors: Vacuuming or mopping of all kitchen floors. Special attention to removing spills and stains.
Skirting Boards: Wiping down all skirting boards to remove dust and marks.
Light Fittings: Dusting of light fixtures and wiping down light switches.
Bins: Emptying and cleaning of all bins.

Bathroom Cleaning

Toilet: Thorough cleaning and sanitising of the toilet bowl (inside and out), seat, and lid. Removal of limescale and stains.
Sink and Taps: Cleaning and polishing of the sink, taps, and surrounding areas. Removal of limescale and soap scum.
Shower/Bathtub: Cleaning and scrubbing of the shower cubicle/bathtub, shower screen/curtain, and tiles. Removal of soap scum, mildew, and limescale.
Mirrors: Cleaning and polishing of all mirrors.
Surfaces and Shelves: Wiping down all bathroom surfaces and shelves.
Floors: Vacuuming or mopping of all bathroom floors.
Skirting Boards: Wiping down all skirting boards.
Light Fittings: Dusting of light fixtures and wiping down light switches.
Extractor Fan: Cleaning of the accessible parts of the extractor fan to remove dust.

All Other Rooms (Bedrooms, Living Areas, Hallways, Stairs)

Floors: Thorough vacuuming of all carpets and rugs. Mopping of hard floors.
Skirting Boards: Wiping down all skirting boards.
Doors and Door Frames: Wiping down all doors and door frames to remove dust and marks.
Light Fittings: Dusting of light fixtures and wiping down light switches.
Window Sills and Ledges: Dusting and wiping down window sills and ledges.
Radiators: Dusting of radiators.
Mirrors and Glass Surfaces: Cleaning and polishing of any mirrors or glass-topped furniture.
Built-in Wardrobes/Cupboards (Interior & Exterior): Wiping down the exterior doors. Cleaning the interior of empty wardrobes and cupboards.
