Kitchen Cleaning

Worktops and Surfaces

Wiping down and sanitising all accessible countertops and work surfaces.
Cleaning around small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, etc.).
Spot cleaning of any spills or marks.

Sink and Taps

Cleaning and polishing the sink and taps.
Wiping down the surrounding area.

Light Switches and Door Handles

Wiping down light switches and door handles to remove fingerprints and germs.

Emptying waste bins and replacing liners (if provided by the client).

Microwave (Exterior)

Wiping down the exterior of the microwave.

Floors

Vacuuming or sweeping all kitchen floors.
Mopping hard floors with appropriate cleaning solutions.

Skirting Boards

Wiping down accessible skirting boards to remove dust.

Bathroom Cleaning

Toilet: Cleaning and sanitising the toilet bowl (inside and out), seat, and lid.
Sink and Taps: leaning and polishing the sink and taps. Wiping down the surrounding area.
Shower/Bathtub: Cleaning the shower screen/curtain and accessible tiles. Wiping down the bathtub or shower tray.
Mirrors: Cleaning and polishing of all mirrors.
Surfaces and Shelves: Wiping down all bathroom surfaces and shelves.

  • Carpet Cleaning (Professional): Deep cleaning of carpets throughout the property using specialised equipment. This is often a requirement in tenancy agreements and is offered as a separate service or an add-on.
  • Upholstery Cleaning: Cleaning of sofas, armchairs, and other upholstered furniture.
  • Interior Window Cleaning (Detailed): While a basic wipe of accessible interior windows might be included, a more thorough cleaning of all interior window panes, frames, and sills are offered as an add-on.
  • Exterior Window Cleaning: Cleaning of the exterior windows once it is reachable from inside.
  • Balcony/Patio Cleaning: Sweeping, washing, or jet washing of balconies or patios.
  • Oven Cleaning (Heavy-Duty/Descaling): For heavily soiled ovens requiring extra attention or descaling.
  • Appliance Interior Cleaning (Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Dryer): Deep cleaning the interior of these appliances, including removing detergent build-up and grime.
  • Rubbish Removal: Removal of excessive rubbish left by the tenant. Priced based on the volume of waste.
  • Professional Defrosting of Freezer (If Heavily Iced): If the freezer requires significant time and effort to defrost.
  • Curtain/Blind Cleaning: Depending on the type, this could involve vacuuming or steaming.
  • Packing/Unpacking Services: While not strictly cleaning, this is a service offer.
  • Small Repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs): Minor maintenance tasks. 
  • Post-Cleaning Sanitisation/Disinfection: A specific focus on sanitising high-touch areas with high-quality disinfectants.
