Free Cleaning Voucher Terms and Conditions

This free cleaning voucher is valid for new Shell We Clean customers residing within Aberdeen, Scotland, United Kingdom.

Only one free cleaning voucher can be claimed and used per household.

The free cleaning voucher entitles the holder to a basic cleaning service, the scope and duration of which will be determined by Shell We Clean. This typically includes a standard clean of up to three rooms (bedrooms, living rooms, or dining rooms), plus one bathroom and one kitchen. This service includes dusting of surfaces, vacuuming or sweeping of floors, wiping down kitchen countertops and sinks, and cleaning bathroom surfaces including the toilet, sink, and shower/tub (excluding deep scrubbing of grout or limescale removal). Please note that this free basic clean excludes services such as oven cleaning, carpet deep cleaning, interior window cleaning, and cleaning of balconies or exterior areas. The estimated duration of this basic clean is approximately one hour to one hour and thirty minutes, depending on the size and condition of the areas to be cleaned. Shell We Clean will confirm the specific scope and estimated duration upon booking.

This voucher is intended for standard-sized residential properties within Aberdeen. Homes exceeding four bedrooms or a total floor area of 1500 square feet (approximately 140 square meters) may not be eligible for the free basic clean as outlined. In such cases, Shell We Clean reserves the right to either decline the free service or provide a customized quote, with the free voucher value potentially applied as a discount towards a larger cleaning service. Eligibility will be assessed based on the information provided during the booking inquiry. Shell We Clean will clearly communicate any potential additional charges or ineligibility before confirming your free cleaning appointment.

This free cleaning voucher does not require any commitment to book subsequent paid cleaning services. However, the free basic clean will be limited to one (1) standard-sized room within your residential property (e.g., one bedroom, one living room, or one dining room). This service includes dusting of surfaces and vacuuming or sweeping of floors within that single room. The specific room to be cleaned must be specified during the booking process and is subject to Shell We Clean’s agreement. Additional rooms or services can be added at our standard rates.

Advance booking is required and is subject to availability. Please quote your availability and intentions when booking.

This free basic cleaning service (one room) is available for a limited time. Call or message us to claim your free clean.

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services beyond the specified free clean.

Shell We Clean reserves the right to refuse service if the terms and conditions are not met or in any other reasonable circumstance.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Any specific cleaning requests beyond our standard offering.
• Services beyond the scope of the free basic clean (e.g., deep cleaning, oven cleaning, window cleaning).
• Properties exceeding the specified size limitations.
• Travel outside of our standard Aberdeen service area (if applicable).
